Annotation
The series includes 9 conceptual self-portraits, united by the theme of loss and the search for return to self.
When self-identity is lost and the body remains - feminine, alive - the soul feels turned inside out. Tenderness, affection, care, kindness, lightness, playfulness, radiance, warmth, love…all disappear. In their place - a gaping, silent wound. Inside - a black hole through which energy, beauty, feminine strength, and the will to live slowly drain away.
The will dissolves. The body weakens.
But even there, where life has nearly left, the heart of the artist still beats. He is alive. He creates from pain. He paints not with colors - but with bones.
His art is a dialogue. With himself. With the world. With God. It is not art for recognition. It is art for life. For rebirth. It is absolute openness. A nakedness that does not hide - but speaks. And saves.
And even if these images frighten - with their honesty, with their pain - that is where their beauty lies.
Who knows what comes next?
What will grow upon this framework?
What flesh, what form, what texture will emerge?
What kind of woman? What kind of self?
It remains unknown.
